Who is Todd?
I have built a reputation as a problem solver, not just during my 12 years as County Commissioner, but throughout my career. No matter the cause, my greatest achievements are found in solving everyday problems for everyday people. I want to continue working for you.
Southern Maryland is my home. I have lived here for over 40 years. This is where I married, raised my children, started a small business, and serve my community.
It has been an honor to be your county commissioner. I stand by my record as:

· An advocate for good jobs and small business
· A voice for safe communities
Twelve years of local government has given me a tremendous understanding of our local challenges. From building a successful Department of Defense contracting company, to the County Commissioner table to Southern Maryland Tri County Council, I have focused on transportation, infrastructure planning, as well as economic and workforce development.
As your Delegate in Annapolis, I am fully prepared to hit the ground running, helping to solve problems affecting you and your community.
